In order to provide you with a more satisfactory PocaAlbum service, we have posted these individual terms and conditions to introduce you to the contents of the PocaAlbum service, rights and obligations, and other needs, and to facilitate communication between you and MakeStar. Thank you for using the PocaAlbum service.
Article 1 (Purpose)
1.
This agreement aims to regulate the rights, obligations, and other necessary matters between MAKESTAR Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and members in using the service operated by the Company.
2.
Users who wish to use the service operated by the Company must read and agree to the Integrated Member Terms of Use, POCAALBUM Service Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, and complete the membership registration process.
3.
Matters not explicitly defined in this agreement regarding the services provided by the Company shall be governed by the Integrated Member Terms of Use. However, if there is a conflict between the contents of this agreement and the Integrated Member Terms of Use, this agreement shall take precedence.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1.
The definitions of terms used in this agreement are as follows:
(1) 'Album Card' refers to an album produced in card format, and members can use digital contents by scanning the QR code of the album card or tagging the NFC chip through the service.
(2) 'In-App Purchase' refers to the method of payment through the proprietary payment system of platform operators such as Apple, Google, etc., within the app.
(3) 'Dream Star' refers to the payment method that can be used to purchase products within the service.
(4) 'Joy Star' refers to the rewards provided by the Company as compensation for specific missions performed within the service, and members can use Joy Star as a payment method to purchase products.
(5) 'Product' refers to the goods sold by the Company within the service.
(6) 'Mission' refers to the system where the Company rewards members for specific activities within the service.
2.
The definitions of terms used in this agreement are subject to relevant laws and the Integrated Member Terms of Use, except as otherwise provided in this article.
Article 3 (Registration and Usage Guide for Album Card)
1.
Members can register album cards to their integrated accounts by scanning the QR code of the album card or tagging the NFC chip within the service.
2.
Members can use the digital contents included in the album cards, and it is not possible to cancel the registration of the album card or register it to another integrated account.
Article 4 (Purchase of Dream Star)
1.
Members can purchase Dream Star through in-app purchases or other payment methods provided by the Company, and the Company may add, modify, or delete payment methods as necessary.
2.
Members can charge Dream Star in certain denominations, and the Company may limit the monthly purchase limit of Dream Star according to internal policies.
3.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions and purchasing Dream Star through the payment methods and procedures specified by the Company, a Dream Star purchase agreement is formed.
4.
The Company may withhold approval or refuse a member's purchase application in the following cases:
(1) If a minor applies without the consent of a legal guardian.
(2) If the application is not made under the member's real name or is made using another person's name.
(3) If false information is provided or if the information requested by the Company is not provided.
(4) If there are technical or operational issues with the Company.
(5) If the application violates relevant laws or the Company's related terms and conditions.
5.
The Company may withhold approval in the following cases until the reasons for each case are resolved:
(1) If there is a service disruption.
(2) If there is insufficient equipment or related personnel for the normal operation of the service.
Article 5 (Use of Dream Star)
1.
Members can check Dream Star purchases through their integrated accounts, and they can also view their Dream Star purchase history and usage history.
2.
Dream Star does not have a separate expiration date, but if they are not used for five years from the date of purchase, they may expire according to the statute of limitations.
Article 6 (Withdrawal of Subscription for Dream Star, etc.)
1.
Members who have charged Dream Star can withdraw their subscription within 7 days from the date of charging.
2.
Members cannot withdraw their subscription in the following cases:
(1) If the charged Dream Stars have been used as a payment method.
(2) If the member has transferred, assigned, or succeeded Dream Stars from a third party.
(3) If the member has acquired Dream Stars through illegitimate means or demands a refund of Dream Stars for the purpose of acquiring money.
3.
If a member withdraws their subscription due to a change of mind or similar reasons, any benefits granted based on the charged Dream Stars will be forfeited, and if there are any costs incurred in the refund process, the remaining amount after deducting those costs will be refunded.
Article 7 (Acquisition of Joy Star)
1.
Members can acquire Joy Stars by performing missions proposed by the Company within the service and receive rewards for them.
2.
Members can check their Joy Star acquisition history and usage history in their integrated accounts.
3.
Joy Star is valid for 90 days from the date of acquisition, and they will automatically expire after 90 days. Members cannot demand the restoration or compensation for Joy Star that have expired due to the expiration of the validity period.
4.
Upon withdrawal, all Joy Stars held by the member will be forfeited and cannot be restored.
5.
The Company may, at its discretion, change, add, or delete the content of missions, reward conditions, etc.
Article 8 (Establishment of Sales Contracts for Products)
1.
The Company may refuse acceptance of a member's product purchase application if any of the following apply:
(1) If there is false, missing, or erroneous information in the application.
(2) If accepting the purchase application would significantly impede the operation of the site.
2.
If the Company sends a confirmation notice of receipt regarding a member's purchase application, the sales contract for the product is considered to have been established when that notice reaches the member.
3.
If there is a discrepancy in the intention expression, upon receiving the confirmation notice, the member may request a change or cancellation of the purchase application, and the Company must promptly process it according to the request.
Article 9 (Payment Method)
Members can pay for the purchase price of products through the following methods:
1.
Dream Star
2.
Joy Star
3.
Other payment methods designated by the Company.
Article 10 (Withdrawal of Subscription, etc.)
1.
Members can withdraw their subscription (including cancellation, return, and exchange, hereinafter referred to as "withdrawal of subscription") within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
2.
Members cannot withdraw their subscription in the following cases:
(1) If the product is lost or damaged due to the member's fault.
(2) If the value of the product significantly decreases due to the member's use or partial consumption.
(3) If the value of the product significantly decreases to the extent that resale becomes difficult over time.
(4) If it is possible to replicate the product with the same functionality, resulting in a significant decrease in the value of the original product.
3.
Regardless of the preceding paragraphs, if the content of the product is different from the displayed or advertised content, or if it is not performed according to the contract, members can withdraw their subscription within 3 months from the date of receiving the goods, or within 30 days from the date they knew or could have known about it.
Article 11 (Effects of Withdrawal of Subscription, etc.)
1.
If a member exercises the right of withdrawal, the Company shall refund the payment within 3 business days from the date of exercising the right of withdrawal. However, if the member exercises the right of withdrawal after receiving the product, the Company shall refund the payment within 3 business days from the date of receiving the returned product.
2.
The Company shall refund the Joy Star or Dream Star that the member has paid. However, if the validity period of the Joy Star or Dream Star has expired on the date of refund, the Company is not obligated to refund the Joy Star or Dream Star.
Article 12 (Special Provisions Regarding Contracts for Minors)
If a minor member uses paid services without the consent of their legal guardian, the legal guardian of the minor member may cancel the contract. However, this provision does not apply in cases of deception by the minor or when the legal guardian has authorized the disposal of property.

Article 1 (Effective Date)
These terms and conditions shall be effective from May 14, 2024.
